Brighton Granny Flat

Nothing like having Granny in the back yard. DRCprojects put together this small 2 bedroom flat for one of our clients Grannies. The New Brighton, Christchurch build was from the ground up, boasting 2 bedrooms, a study, bathroom and kitchen/living all on a manageable footprint. Great insulation to keep Granny warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A deck for her morning cup of tea and newspaper read, and a car port for her little granny car to stay out of the weather.
